When the audio process was deliberately stopped, photo results survived and only affected media work was recomputed. Approved output remained after teardown; a cryptographically anchored evidence package could still be checked offline.

In a 12-guest instance of an academic optimization problem, Gemini changed requirements that reached actual computation. Separately, two Rigetti Cepheus-1-108Q jobs through Amazon Braket returned 2,000 measurements. Original-condition checks filtered invalid candidates; selected valid measured plans were consumed and saved without classical repair.

An external AI received a general HOW kit and a football-pitch booking WHAT, without the target implementation. Its code actually ran the workflow: revised requests, offers, consent checks and mock bookings. After recorded corrections, it passed a 16-case independent examination and was separately admitted as a new domain on the existing kernel.
